What you’ll be doing
  • Selling excellent solutions into the Pharma, Biotech and API industries.
  • Implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and grow client base in line with individual targets and company goals.
  • Researching market opportunities, looking at competitor activity and building a strong pipeline.
  • Building exceptional and consultative relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Focusing on strategic sales leads and markets.
  • Maximising revenue opportunities within existing clients and activity identifying areas for up‑cross selling.
  • Attending industry events and building a strong industry network.
  • Staying up to date with latest market trends.
  • Travelling across the UK to meet with clients.
  • Preparing sales forecasts and reports, putting together presentations.
  • Continually learning about the company's products and services to be confident answering technical questions from clients.
  • Identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement by looking at sales data.
About you!
  • Experienced sales professional with experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industry.
  • A true "hunter" who enjoys finding and closing deals.
  • Able to sell on value to a client and explain technical aspects of the solution.
  • Ability to understand and relay technical/complex situations.
  • Team player.
  • Able to work independently and enjoy being proactive.
  • National travel.
