OverviewWe’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our high‑performing team and help drive growth across the West Midlands and surrounding areas. As a graduate or early‑career sales professional, you’ll be part of a global business powered by 25,000 passionate employees, driven by innovation, inclusion and excellence.
Responsibilities- Deliver on the business's KPIs across key accounts in wholesale and independent retailers.
- Build an in‑depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics.
- Partner with retail key accounts, independent and wholesale outlets to establish excellent relationships and drive new product sales.
- Educate retailers on industry legislation and brand advantages to build customer advocacy.
- Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability and coverage targets within your defined area, ensuring trade incentives and activities are optimised.
- Identify new business opportunities by applying enhanced category and shopper behaviour knowledge.
- Previous and/or current face‑to‑face sales experience.
- Experienced in building face‑to‑face relationships.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team player with understanding of wider team goals.
- Self‑supportive, managing time and resources effectively with initiative.
- Able to set and meet self‑stretching targets.
- Annual salary of £30,000 (£37,000 OTE).
