Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Birmingham City Centre? We are working with a well-established independent estate agency that is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager to join their busy team.

• Meet and greet customers on-site, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Qualify customer requirements and guide them through the sales process.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and arrange property viewings.
• Advise customers on their buying journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Proactively progress sales and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Previous new home sales experience within the house building industry.
• A strong customer service and sales-focused approach.
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Well-presented, professional, and highly motivated.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.

• Monday to Friday : 8 : 45am - 5 : 30pm
• Every other Saturday (no day off in lieu)

• Basic Salary : £24,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission : £1,000 - £2,000 per sale (£1,500 average per sale)
