The Role

At Panda, we help businesses across the UK manage their waste and recycling responsibly. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for confident, motivated people to join our telesales team. You don’t need previous sales experience. If you’re positive, comfortable on the phone, and willing to learn, we’ll give you the training and support to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Speaking to UK businesses over the phone
  • Introducing Panda’s waste and recycling services
  • Identifying customer needs and matching them to the right solutions
  • Booking appointments and closing sales opportunities
  • Updating customer details on our CRM system
  • Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets

This is a fast‑paced, phone‑based role that suits people who enjoy talking to others and working towards clear goals.

What We’re Looking For
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential.
