My client is a leading Telecoms & IT Service Provider based in the North-West, supporting customers nationwide. With a strong reputation for teamwork, service excellence, and continued growth, they are now looking for a Channel Account Manager to join their expanding Sales Team.
Telecoms experience isn't essential – what matters most is that you have proven experience managing accounts and building strong relationships
. If you're ambitious, proactive, and skilled at looking after multiple accounts, this could be the perfect role for you.
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Communicate new products and initiatives to partners
- Accurately manage partner data in the CRM system
- Handle partner queries and feedback efficiently
- Conduct regular account reviews and reduce churn in line with forecasts
- Ensure relationships are managed professionally in line with company values
- Proven track record in Account Management, Sales Account Management, or Channel Account Management – essential
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive, ambitious approach
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Hub Spot) and MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects under pressure
- Customer-focused with experience delivering tailored solutions
- Previous experience in telecoms is a plus, but not required
- Experience in a busy sales office environment
