Your missionAs our (Senior) Sales Manager UK, you will play a pivotal role in expanding hotelkit’s footprint in the UK market. Your mission is to build and scale a strong customer base in the UK, develop long‑term relationships across the hospitality ecosystem, and position hotelkit as a leading collaboration platform for hotel operations. You’ll combine your SaaS sales expertise, deep understanding of hotel operations, and strong local network with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive sustainable growth in the UK.
Aproductive day in this role might look like this:
- Hosting engaging demos and presentations with hotel executives and ownership groups.
- Proactively building and nurturing relationships with key decision‑makers across the UK hospitality industry.
- Managing a strategic sales pipeline — from first contact to contract signature.
- Generating opportunities through your network and outbound initiatives, positioning hotelkit as a must‑have tool for hotel operations.
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales and Marketing team to localise campaigns and messaging for the UK market.
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on enterprise and group deals.
- Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for the UK, identifying priority segments and key accounts
- Represent hotelkit at hospitality trade shows, conferences, and networking events in the UK and Europe.
- Build long‑term relationships with hotel groups, management companies, and consultants.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales, sharing market insights, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- 3+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales within the hotel tech industry in the UK
- Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality technology ecosystems
- A strong professional network within the UK hotel industry (ownership groups, management companies, brands, and independents)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, independent, and motivated to grow a market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); any additional language skills are a plus
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams
- Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM systems
- Based in the UK and willing to travel regularly for meetings and events

The gross annual salary for this position ranges between €45,000 and €70,000 (full‑time). Your salary will be defined together, based on your experience, your skills, and the impact you bring to the team.
