Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Birmingham for a New Home Sales Consultant. The role involves managing all aspects of the sales process, from initial customer inquiries to the closing of property transactions. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales terms, and meeting sales targets. The consultant will also collaborate with developers to drive sales and participate in relevant training to continuously improve knowledge and skills in new home sales.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in New Home Sales and Sales, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, including effective communication and relationship management
  • Proficiency in Negotiation and influencing skills to deliver successful sales outcomes
  • Comfort with learning and applying new knowledge, supported by a commitment to continuous training and development
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or sales environment preferred
  • A full and valid UK driving license is required
