This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Birmingham. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored furniture recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. This role involves fostering customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and offer tailored furniture solutions.
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring quality interactions and building long-term relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and achieve sales performance goals.
• Prior experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems, is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or a related field are an advantage.
