The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Garage Doors will involve:
* Regional Sales Manager position, selling and surveying a manufactured range of Garage doors products for a range of domestic situations.
* 20% of your time will be based from home with 80% being on the road
* Managingsales surveyors across the region
* Coaching sales surveyors while accompanying on surveys, producing KPI’s and reviewing performance
* Deliver exceptional customer service during garage door surveys, providing expert product knowledge, accurate measurements, tailored quotes, and closing sales.
* Collaborate closely with installation and closing sales teams
The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Garage Doors with:
* Must have experience in a field based role
* Must have experience in people management
* Ideally have sales experience with a made to measure product
* Ideally looking for roller door experience however would consider people from backgrounds such as windows, doors, blinds, KBB or related
* Drivers licence
* Autonomous in nature
* Strong people skills
