This is a face-to-face, team-based role in Birmingham City Centre, working alongside supportive colleagues in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Location: Birmingham B1

The role: Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: £25,000 PLUS Performance Based Incentives

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm

Immediate Start Available (or within 4 weeks of the offer)

As a Trainee Sales Consultant,
you’ll receive structured training and daily support while learning how to:

• Approach and engage potential customers confidently
• Learn product knowledge and communicate it clearly
• Build rapport and develop strong people skills
• Work towards individual and team performance targets
• Improve communication through real-world experience

This is a practical, entry-level role designed to help you develop transferable skills and start a long-term career in sales.

• Are open to feedback and personal development

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sport, or volunteering is helpful but not essential.

• Guaranteed base salary — this is not a commission-only role
