Business Development Manager – OPI

Territory:
Birmingham & surrounding areas.

Contract type:
Permanent, Full time

Salary:
Up to £29,000 plus a performance‑related bonus plus company car & fuel card

Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth within your territory by building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. This includes an average of 8 client interactions per day, ensuring tailored solutions that maximise their success with OPI products.

We are looking for a proactive sales professional with experience in direct selling, strong negotiating skills, and a passion for closing deals. Your ability to communicate persuasively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting clients face‑to‑face, and building lasting relationships, this role is perfect for you. You’ll be on the road most days, visiting salons and businesses, driving brand awareness and sales growth. We offer comprehensive training on OPI products, including an exciting opportunity to visit Wella Headquarters.

This immersive experience will equip you with expert product knowledge and advanced sales techniques to ensure your success.
