We are currently recruiting for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Vertu Ford Kings Norton
. The role offers a £40,000 basic salary, OTE £60,000, a company car, and company benefits.

Lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues. Provide regular coaching, robust management, and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. Support the team to sell used vehicles, finance, GAP insurance and add‑on products while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Manage all sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Experience as a Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. Ability to demonstrate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to lead the team to deliver business objectives. Demonstrated alignment with company values and strong communication and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence required.
