This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter based in Birmingham. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication to support lead generation efforts. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions to ensure a seamless appointment-setting process. This role represents a critical point of contact between the organization and prospective clients.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Proven experience with Lead Generation and related techniques
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools for managing client interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets efficiently
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
