HR Duo is a Comprehensive HR Technology solution for growing businesses that drives operational excellence, offering a Workforce Management, HR, On-Demand Pay, Payroll, Performance Management and ATS Technology stack. We are in the process of expanding our UK and Ireland sales team to help acquire new customers and expand our market position.
Head office is based just outside Dublin, with offices also in Birmingham and Brasov. We have clients all over Ireland and the UK and are constantly on the grow!

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Research, identify and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities over the phone and Web via outbound efforts
- Maintain a high daily volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, & social selling.
- Exceed a monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota based on meetings made.
- Utilising social media channels, technology platforms and other means to generate new business meetings.
- Work in collaboration with the wider Sales and Marketing team to maximise our outreach.

- At this stage, you may have minimal experience in outbound sales but are ambitious and driven to succeed in sales in a technology business.
- You want to play a critical role in a fast-growing technology company.

- You are self-motivated, willing to influence company culture and want to play a key role in sales and company growth.
- You desire the opportunity to ascend through the sales team via our 12-18 month sales academy.
- 1 year of experience in outbound sales or relevant experience selling over the phone.
- Numbers-driven and committed to overachieving targets consistently.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
- Strong commercial focus.
- Previously demonstrated high activity levels, persistence, tenacity, and strong commercial acumen.
- Motivated by cold calling and attracting new customers to HR Duo.
