About the RoleAs a New Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in the commercial growth of Show Ready stands, maximising all opportunities to network and promote our brand. You will be instrumental in department growth and reaching ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities- Driving Sales: cold calling, emailing, social media lead generation, face‑to‑face show walking, networking and researching.
- Building Relationships: be the first point of contact for potential clients, using excellent communication skills to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Strategic Targeting: identify key events and opportunities, gather crucial client information, and develop tailored sales strategies.
- Customer Excellence: ensure high service levels and smooth delivery of stand builds, exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborative Efforts: work closely with marketing, internal sales, and operations teams to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional results.
We seek someone with experience in the exhibition and events industry who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You should be enthusiastic about sales, adept at relationship‑building, and have a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
