Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will lead the charge in winning new business, managing the pipeline and closing high-value deals. You will own the sales cycle end to end and play a major part in shaping our commercial growth.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract completion.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalise agreements with key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with BD, marketing and operations to ensure successful delivery of client projects.
• Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
• Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Must-haves:

• Proven B2B sales success (technology, energy, infrastructure or similar).
• Strong negotiation and closing ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Metrics-driven with strong pipeline management experience.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-growth environment.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and events.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in EV charging, clean energy or infrastructure.
• Network within commercial property, fleet, retail, hospitality or logistics sectors.
• Experience in a start-up/scale-up.
