Responsibilities
  • Lead export sales strategy for a full range of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, pumps, hydrants, deluge systems, detection/integrated solutions and fire trucks.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, consultants, OEMs and end users across Europe and Africa.
  • Manage key accounts, build long‑term relationships and maintain a pipeline of high‑value projects.
  • Provide technical‑commercial guidance to clients and internal teams to ensure compliant, competitive solutions.
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and technical workshops.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, logistics and after‑sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven export sales experience in fire protection systems such as sprinklers, pumps, hydrants, deluge systems, detection/integrated solutions and fire trucks, firefighting vehicles or related technical industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire protection products and systems, with the ability to translate technical detail into commercial value.
  • Experience managing distributor networks, contractor relationships and complex international sales cycles.
  • Fluent in English; additional European or African language skills are advantageous.
  • Self‑motivated, independent and comfortable with international travel.
  • Based in the UK or Europe with the ability to attend weekly or ad‑hoc office visits in Essex as required.
