The role is hybrid, with the view of coming into the office a few times a month. Core working hours are 08:30 am to 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch. There is the potential to negotiate flexible working options.
Main Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Promote and consult on company products, services, and value proposition.
- Drive growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and campaign collaboration.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively support client needs.
- Collaborate with the Business Growth Team and Sales for onboarding and account expansion.
- Oversee and deliver complex print campaigns and projects.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, specifications, and relevant certifications (e.g., FSC/PEFC).
- Identify opportunities to upsell and improve campaign offerings.
- Resolve any project disputes or issues promptly and professionally.
- Strong relationship and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise across multiple accounts/projects.
- Account management experience in a client‑facing role within DM / POS / Print.
- Good technical print knowledge.
- Commercial awareness and drive to hit revenue targets.
- Proactive, organised, and solutions focused.
- Direct Mail experience & understanding of RM/DSA requirements.
- Basic data knowledge and ability to have conversations with customers about data cleansing and processing.
- Passion for sustainability.
- Understanding of industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, FSC, PEFC).
- Experience leading customer reviews and implementing continuous improvement plans.
