Regional BDM - Midlands (CCTV & VMS)
Drive sales of CCTV and VMS solutions across the Midlands via system integrators, consultants, and distributors.
Key Focus- Grow and manage integrator & distributor relationships
- Get VMS specified into projects via consultants
- Deliver demos, CPDs, and joint customer visits
- Build and convert pipeline (public sector, transport, retail)
- Cameras VMS platforms
- Analytics, storage, and integrated solutions
- Channel sales experience (integrators/distribution)
- Ability to influence consultants/specifiers
- Basic technical knowledge (IP video, ONVIF)
- Good understanding of IP Video surveillance & security system integration
50-55k Basic DOE excellent commission package
