ROLE:
Senior Key Account Manager
LOCATION:

We're looking for an Account Manager who will take ownership of key customer relationships, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient water management while driving new business opportunities and delivering commercial growth.
- Manage and develop customer relationships to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of water services
- Identify and develop sales opportunities across existing accounts and new prospects
- Proactively manage customer accounts to maintain compliance, profitability, and service excellence
- Prepare and deliver quotations in line with company and industry standards using CRM systems
- Conduct regular client review meetings, contract audits, and manage renewals effectively
- Drive new business activity by managing a strong and accurate sales pipeline
- Identify and maximise referral, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities within your client base
- Promote the full portfolio of services to ensure customers remain compliant and informed
- Lead and support tenders and PQQ submissions, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, account activity, and performance metrics
- Carry out technical site visits where required, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual agreements
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (ideally within water services or compliance‑based industries)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, reporting, and customer data
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while identifying and closing new opportunities
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to ensure contracts are both compliant and profitable
