  • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who’s keen to learn, develop and grow with a global brand. No two days are the same – you’ll be out in the field, building relationships, learning how retail works, and making a real impact in store.

    What you’ll be doing
    • Visit a range of grocery and convenience retailers in your territory.
    • Build positive relationships with store managers and teams
      .
    • Support the execution of Heineken promotions and campaigns.
    • Ensure products are available, visible and merchandised correctly
      .
    • Learn how to spot sales opportunities and improve in‑store performance.
    • Represent Acosta & Heineken with enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism.
    What we’re looking for
    • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
      .
    • A natural influencer with commercial instincts.
    • Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
    • Confident talking to anyone – from store staff to manager.
    • Organised, self‑motivated and happy working independently.
    • Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
    • Full UK manual driving licence.
    • FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus – not a must.
