Energy Sales Executive

A leading organisation within the UK energy sector is seeking an Energy Sales Executive to support the growth of its B2B customer base. This role will focus on outbound sales activity, engaging directly with business decision-makers to promote energy solutions and secure new contracts. You will play a key role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and contributing to the organisation's commercial success within a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B customers.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across a range of industries.
  • Present energy products and services in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Generate and qualify leads, managing the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Convert opportunities into new business contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities within CRM systems.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales or telesales role.
  • Experience conducting outbound calls and generating new business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Desirable
  • Experience with in the energy or utilities sector.
  • Knowledge of energy procurement or switching processes.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
