Broughton Group is seeking a Business Development Manager in Birmingham to drive sales of premium aesthetic machines across clinics and salons. The role offers strong earning potential with an OTE of £80,000 in the first year along with uncapped commission and a car allowance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in selling aesthetic equipment, alongside a robust network in the industry. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and fostering existing client relationships, offering full autonomy within a field-based role.
