Business Development Manager Capital Equipment £40 - 45,000  Company Car  OTE £75,000 Are you a driven sales professional looking to take the next step into a more established, career-defining environment? The Opportunity As Business Development Manager, youll be responsible for driving growth with both new and existing customers across the North Scotland territory.

Youll own the accounts you win building them from first contact through to long-term partnership. That means not just bringing in new business, but also taking responsibility for developing ongoing relationships, increasing spend, and becoming a trusted partner to your customers. The customer base is professional but very down-to-earth businesses that value straightforward conversations and reliable solutions. If you enjoy sales and want the freedom to really develop accounts for the long term, this is a role where you can make a big impact.
