About the Role

Key Tracker is looking for an experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our growing sales and marketing team. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a driven, people-focused sales professional who is equally comfortable managing accounts from our vibrant open-plan office and engaging directly with client face-to-face meetings.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of prospects and accounts, blending inbound enquiry management, targeted outreach, and hands-on customer visits to introduce Key Tracker’s industry-leading solutions to the organisations that need them most. There is no hard selling here — your success will come from polite consistency, expert product knowledge, and building trusted, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

You will be responsible for identifying and approaching qualified prospective customers from facilities managers and logistics operations to prestigious estates and blue-light services, ensuring they understand the full value of our products. Equally important is nurturing existing accounts, keeping clients delighted, and helping to maintain our outstanding high ranking Trustpilot reputation.

Our solutions automatically keep track of keys and valuable assets, such as radios, scanners, iPads, and laptops, eliminating wasted time and delivering meaningful efficiency gains for any organisation managing 20 or more regularly used items.

Proudly designed, manufactured, and supplied from Birmingham and the Black Country by a dedicated team of around 30 staff, our products serve loyal customers across the UK and around the world. What You Will Be Doing

As a Customer Sales Executive, your day-to-day will include managing inbound enquiries and converting leads, conducting targeted outreach via email and direct customer visits, growing and managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, delivering consultative product demonstrations to key decision-makers, and ensuring existing customers remain engaged, satisfied, and well supported.

  • Be confident and proactive in customer-facing situations, both in person and remotely.
  • Possess excellent listening, language, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be well organised and able to manage your own workload and territory effectively.
  • Demonstrate good common sense and the ability to empathise with clients’ operational challenges.
  • Bring enthusiasm, fresh thinking, and a collaborative spirit to the team.
