Lawes are working with a leading name in the market who due to expansion have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler to step into a Desk based Account Executive role.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to have full training capacity to progress into a Commercial Executive and maintain a portfolio of clients.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Account Executive, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients, ranging from sole traders to senior executives of large organizations.
- Develop business opportunities through marketing initiatives, community engagement, networking, and client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to achieve team objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities with a tenacious and curious approach.
- Provide consultative advice to clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored insurance solutions.
- Actively listen to clients, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities to deliver the best outcomes.
- Continuously learn and develop your professional skills to progress your career within the organization.
Your typical day as a Commercial Account Executive will include:
- Engaging with clients through meetings, calls, and networking events to understand their insurance needs.
- Collaborating with the Branch Manager and team members to strategize and achieve business goals.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored proposals for potential clients.
- Staying updated on industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice to clients.
- Managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
