We’re seeking motivated, ambitious, and success‑driven individuals to join our innovative Sales Development team at One Advanced.
Office‑based role; 5 days a week from our Birmingham office located in the Mailbox.
Responsibilities- Complete an onboarding programme to build skills and set success foundations.
- Qualify leads from inbound channels and marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and marketing to ensure a smooth customer journey and drive the sales pipeline.
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through outbound channels, including nurturing new conversations via email, calls, and social channels.
- Enrich data for customers and prospects through the One Advanced ABM programme, using research techniques to understand their challenges and pain points.
- Become proficient in the latest sales technologies to increase conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and complete information on the CRM.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry news and events to relate to prospects’ challenges and identify new market areas.
- Achieve the monthly quota of meetings/opportunities that meet qualification criteria.
- Continuously analyse results, identify improvement areas, and seek feedback for growth.
- Goal‑obsessed and results‑driven; energized by targets and motivated to outperform them.
