Car Sales Executive

Our client, a reputable main dealership, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a proven track record in vehicle sales, looking to progress their career within a well-established dealership environment.

• Competitive OTE of £60,000 achievable through performance excellence
• Basic salary of £14,000
• Company car and retail discount scheme
• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm (with one day off every other week), and Saturdays 8:45am – 5:30pm
• Closed Sundays to support a healthy work-life balance
• Established dealership with a supportive team culture

• Selling both new and used cars to prospective customers
• Delivering high levels of customer service throughout the entire sales process
• Maximising finance, insurance, and warranty opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Working towards and exceeding dealership sales targets
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the vehicle range
• Assisting with vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Managing administrative duties efficiently to ensure smooth sales transactions

• A minimum of 5 years' automotive sales experience, ideally within a main dealer environment
• Proven ability to upsell and maximise finance and insurance sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Motivated, target‑driven, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy sales team
• Full driving licence is essential
