As a Tiktok Live Sales Host at LXR Perfumes, you will present and promote fragrance products during live streaming sessions on Tiktok to engage viewers and drive sales. This part-time, on-site role is based in Birmingham and involves preparing product showcases, demonstrating fragrances, and explaining key features and benefits in an engaging, brand-aligned manner. You will interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, provide recommendations, and support a positive customer experience throughout each live session.

The role includes coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to plan live content, track performance metrics, and optimize future sessions. You will also assist with basic product setup, display arrangements, and follow-up communication related to orders and customer inquiries.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage live audiences and respond clearly and professionally in real time.
• Sales and Training skills to effectively promote products, handle objections, and educate viewers on fragrance features and usage.
• Experience in retail or hospitality environments is beneficial, especially in roles involving direct customer interaction and upselling.
• Comfortable on camera, with a confident, authentic presence and the ability to maintain energy and composure during live streams.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially Tiktok Live) and interest in digital selling and live commerce.
• Ability to work on-site in Birmingham on a part-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as required by live event timings.
• Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
