Entry-Level Sales Development Representative – Birmingham

What You’ll Be Doing Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Identify and connect with potential SME customers through calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Introduce the company’s logistics solutions and generate interest
  • Qualify leads and book meetings
Customer Engagement
  • Build early relationships with prospects and understand their business needs
  • Learn about customer shipping challenges and spot opportunities to add value
  • Represent the brand professionally and confidently in all interactions
Training & Development
  • Take part in a structured 12-month entry-level training programme
  • Learn core sales skills including prospecting, objection handling, and communication
  • Develop through classroom sessions, on-the-job experience, and coaching from experienced sales leaders
Performance & Progression
  • Work towards achievable activity and performance targets with full support
  • Progression lined up with performance targets
