FINTEC recruit Ltd is looking for a Marine Sales Manager to join their established marine client business in Birmingham. This full-time, permanent position offers a base salary of up to £35,000 with a commission structure that could bring the total on-target earnings (OTE) to between £70,000 and £80,000 plus benefits.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships across the UK.
This role requires travel to various locations and events within the marine sector while supporting your career development in a supportive team environment.
