Competitive basic + uncapped commission (O.T.E. in first year of easily achievable £50,000+)

Full‑time / Permanent

• Monday‑Friday: 09:00‑18:30
• Two early starts (08:30) for team meetings
• Every Saturday + alternate Sundays (rota)
• One weekday off (average 5.5‑day week)

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiating and closing sales while delivering outstanding customer service
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the dealership

• Previous experience in a car sales environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A passion for cars and a willingness to learn about different models
• A target‑driven mindset with a customer‑first approach
• A valid driver's license
