Ideal Candidate

  • Be over the age of 21.
  • Own and have access to a car with a valid full UK licence and insurance (not required in London).
  • Has proven sales experience (1-2+ years in a proactive outbound sales position).
  • Be confident and comfortable engaging with customers.
  • Willing to travel up to a 1 hour radius drive of the designated location.
  • Be hungry, eager, self‑motivated and target driven.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.

Ted Experience of fers a lucrative opportunity for a Product Sales Advisor to join our innovative, high‑performing, fast‑paced in‑store field sales team. You will promote a revolutionary heated tobacco product, which is scientifically proven to be 95% less harmful than traditional cigarettes.

Compensation & Benefits
  • £15.33 per hour base pay.
  • Commission regularly paid out at over £3,500 per month for top performers.
  • Generous paid travel expenses for public transport, £0.55 per mile and all parking costs covered.
  • Thorough training and onboarding:
    Receive 5 days of paid training covering our products, systems and everything you need to succeed in your role.
  • Flexible scheduling – you choose the days you work (shifts available from Monday to Sunday for 6-hour shifts – we are looking for 5 days a week as a minimum and the days are typically Tuesday to Saturday).
  • Ongoing bonuses, cash incentives, recognition and career growth.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to introduce, educate and sell innovative heated tobacco products alongside other nicotine alternative products.
  • Take full ownership of your performance by achieving daily sales targets.
  • Build strong rapport and relationships with retail staff to create a welcoming, informed store environment.
  • Submit correct, timely and accurate sales and customer interaction reports and insights, alongside accurate data capture.
  • Transport the stand, stock and other relevant equipment to the designated store each day.
  • Carry out lifting, carrying and transporting of a promotional stand/podium; the role may not be suitable for those unable to meet this requirement.
