Sales Associate

Job Title

Sales Associate (part‑time 12hr) – The North Face, The Bullring, Birmingham.

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store.
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and stock room.

• Love interacting with customers.
• Set a great example for the rest of the team with a hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• Have a positive can‑do attitude, facing all situations in the store.
• Be passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail in general.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional language a plus but not required).
• Be flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
• Previous experience is great but not necessary; what matters most is living and demonstrating our Guiding Principles:
