Client: Heinz.
Location: Northern Territories (ideal base Midlands or North of England).
Contract: Permanent, full time.
Salary: £39,360 OTE per annum (base £32,000 plus £7,360 commission paid quarterly based on KPIs) plus company car, fuel card, and technology provided.

Role OverviewAs a Regional Field Sales Manager, you will lead a high‑performing team of field sales professionals to shape and execute the in‑store sales strategy across the territory. Your focus will be on driving growth, innovation, and inspiration by guiding the team to deliver exceptional results within the grocery channel.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve regional sales KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding execution of Heinz plans through the team.
- Conduct field visits, performance appraisals, and development days.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at Heinz and Acosta to align strategy and execution.
- Analyze KPIs and field data to optimize regional performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit and retain high‑performing sales professionals, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Implement regional operational plans that support sales growth and team development.
- Control regional budgets, manage costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Contribute insights and feedback to drive innovation and new business opportunities.
- Travel extensively across the region.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or field sales management, leading and guiding a team to exceed targets.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility across the organisation and client base.
- Confidence in coaching, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Commercially aware, able to analyze and adapt sales plans.
- Organised and IT‑proficient (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Full UK manual driving licence.
