Position: Simplicity Sales Agent

Location: Birmingham

Job Type: 38.75 hours per week, working shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm

Salary: £26,180 per annum (On‑Target Earnings (OTE) £36,000 per annum)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our brand‑new Simplicity Sales team at a pivotal point in its journey. As a Simplicity Funeral Plan Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in helping customers understand and choose the right product for them, delivering outstanding service while driving strong sales performance.

• Handling inbound and outbound sales conversations with customers
• Understanding customer needs and confidently presenting the Simplicity product
• Converting enquiries into sales through engaging, ethical and effective conversations
• Working to clear targets and KPIs in a fast‑moving environment
• Being part of a new, evolving team where your ideas and input genuinely matter

• Previous sales or contact‑centre experience (preferred but not essential)
• A confident communicator with a positive, resilient attitude
• Target‑driven and motivated by earning commission
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, change‑friendly environment
• Someone who wants to grow with a new team and help shape how it works

• £26,180 basic salary per annum with realistic OTE of £36k
