Purpose of the role
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Executive Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team specialising in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). The successful candidate will promote our innovative pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build positive relationships, and achieve sales targets.
What to expect- Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the IBD sector.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions with healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross‑functional teams.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

- Healthcare compliance
- Highly motivated, results‑oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self‑starting, driven with a growth mindset; previous pharmaceutical experience is not required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, NHS, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IBD preferred.
- ABPI qualification not required; support will be provided to achieve it.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and use of data to drive decision‑making.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
