Proximie is seeking a field-based Customer Success Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of surgical suite accounts across the UK and EU. You will drive renewals and expansions, engage surgeons and clinical leads, and demonstrate the platform’s value to secure ongoing adoption.
You will onboard customers, train users, and support live platform utilization in operating rooms and training labs. Travel up to 50% is required, with flexibility for after-hours work as needed.
