Outbound Sales Executive – Birmingham

Salary: £30,000 p.a. + uncapped commission.

• Proactively contact prospective customers through outbound telephone activity.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable products and services.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close.
• Follow up leads, quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity using CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Build long‑term customer relationships that generate repeat business.

• Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, telesales or lead generation.
• Confident in making proactive sales calls and building rapport quickly.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven, resilient and self‑motivated.
• Commercially aware with a consultative sales approach.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
