Outbound Sales Executive – Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 p.a. + uncapped commission.
Responsibilities- Proactively contact prospective customers through outbound telephone activity.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable products and services.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close.
- Follow up leads, quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity using CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long‑term customer relationships that generate repeat business.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, telesales or lead generation.
- Confident in making proactive sales calls and building rapport quickly.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Target‑driven, resilient and self‑motivated.
- Commercially aware with a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
