ER Recruitment is working with a well‑established and growing organisation with an excellent reputation for customer service and employee development. They are looking to recruit an Inbound Sales Executive to join their Birmingham team.

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Build rapport and understand customer requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.
• Convert enquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Follow up quotations and warm opportunities to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, account management or telesales.
• Professional and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong relationship‑building and listening skills.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
