Internal Sales Executive – Insulation & Dry Lining

Location:

Birmingham Remuneration: £34,000 – £36,000 + profit‑related bonus.

• Promote a comprehensive range of thermal, acoustic and fire protection insulation systems, interior systems, construction products, roofing and external façade materials.
• Sell to specialist contractors, main contractors, roofing contractors, dry‑wall contractors, suspended ceiling contractors and fire protection contractors.
• Cover sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, power generation, HVAC, petrochemical, marine & offshore and construction.
• Handle inbound queries and provide technical support.
• Manage stock levels of specialist insulation products, liaise with suppliers and schedule orders to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
• Produce customer quotes and process orders.
• Manage 1‑3 month construction projects, ensuring supplies are available.
• Potential career progression to senior sales or business unit manager.

• Sales or sales‑admin experience within construction.
• Merchant sales experience or sales experience within the insulation industry (ideal).
• Comfortable on the telephone.
• Experience supplying to large‑scale projects (ideal).
• Genuine desire to succeed and to develop a long‑term career.
• Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic.
• IT literate (Microsoft Office).
