Hybrid Working Any UK Office

Focus Group is one of the UK's fastest-growing tech companies. £1bn valuation. 30,000+ customers. 1,300+ employees across 20 offices. Backed by PE firm Hg and scaling fast through organic growth and acquisition.
Our Revenue Operations function sits at the heart of that growth. This role sits within Rev Ops, reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Director, and is accountable for Hub Spot across the entire sales function.
The roleAs Hub Spot Manager, Sales Operations, you'll be the accountable owner of Hub Spot within our sales function — responsible for its strategy, governance, adoption, and continuous development. You'll work closely with our Marketing Hub Spot owner to maintain a connected view across the wider revenue funnel, and translate sales requirements into platform capability at every stage from lead handover through to Closed Won.
This isn't a configuration role. You'll be shaping the roadmap, influencing how our sales leaders operate day-to-day, and ensuring Hub Spot is trusted, adopted, and delivering measurable value.
What you'll own:
- Platform strategy & roadmap — partner with Sales leaders to define where Hub Spot goes next; act as the internal subject matter expert for the sales function and represent sales in the wider Hub Spot relationship
- Sales reporting — own the reporting framework from lead handover through to Closed Won; design dashboards that give sales leadership a reliable, single source of truth on pipeline and performance
- Feature delivery & development — scope and roll out new features, build sales workflows and automations, manage integrations across connected platforms
- Adoption & governance — own the training curriculum, drive platform compliance across the sales team, and hold overall responsibility for data quality and integrity
- CRM architecture — design and maintain database structures, custom properties, permissions, and lifecycle stage management in collaboration with Marketing
You'll need to be hands‑on with Hub Spot — this isn't a role for someone with generalised CRM experience. We need someone who has lived in the platform and owned it, not just worked adjacent to it.
- Demonstrable hands‑on Hub Spot experience in an admin, engineer, or platform owner capacity
- Experience owning a CRM platform end‑to‑end — strategy, governance, and development, not just configuration
- Strong understanding of sales workflows within Hub Spot and how marketing activity feeds into the sales pipeline
- Experience working with Data or Technology teams to deliver features and integrations
- Strong analytical skills with experience building sales reporting frameworks
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with Sales leaders, senior stakeholders, and technical teams
Bonus points for Hub Spot certification, a Rev Ops or Sales Ops background, or experience in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
What you'll earnUp to £60,000 base salary, depending on experience.
