We're currently supporting a leading global insurer as they look to appoint a Business/Broker Development Manager to join their UK distribution team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional looking to develop their career in a highly visible, market-facing role. The position would suit an individual with experience in underwriting, broker development, account management, account handling or another client-facing insurance role who enjoys building relationships, working closely with brokers and identifying opportunities for growth.

Previous Business Development experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as the business is keen to consider individuals with the right commercial mindset and relationship-building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Network members and Independent Brokers, acting as a key point of contact.
• Work with brokers to understand their business plans, identify growth opportunities and demonstrate how the business can support their ambitions.
• Conduct regular broker reviews, analysing account performance, MI and pipeline activity to drive profitable growth.
