Field Sales Executive

• Exclusively work in the field visiting customers Monday to Friday
• Self-generate business opportunities and convert provided sales leads into customer appointments through closing sales
• Sell payment card terminals and related merchant acquiring services through digital and face-to-face contact with new clients
• Provide first-class face-to-face service in the field and act as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through self-generated activities and provided sales leads
• Evaluate prospect data and information, build rapport, and validate current needs through in-person visits
• Obtain referrals from the existing client base
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, digital prospecting, and customer / area canvassing
• Present products and services based on market and product knowledge
• Close sales of  products and services
• Enter and update customer data and other useful information in the CRM system
• Undertake relevant and refresher training
• Promote team spirit and learn from colleagues

• Expertise of B2B sales, selling solutions to SME retail and hospitality businesses at mid–senior level management
• Track record of consistently achieving sales quotas in past positions
• Good understanding of information technology, particularly web-based applications
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability
• Strong organizational and diary management skills
• Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections
• Results-driven approach and strong self-drive, with ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
• Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially
• Valid driving license and ability to use own vehicle for business purposes
• Excellent use of English
• Previous experience in banking sector and Card Terminals advantageous although not essential
• Experience demonstrating / selling technology driven solutions advantageous although not essential
• Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages advantageous although not essential

Demonstrates expertise in B2B sales, particularly in selling payment card terminals and merchant acquiring services to SME retail and hospitality businesses. Proven ability to self-generate leads, close sales, and maintain strong customer relationships while utilizing CRM systems effectively.
