Office based What you'll be doing Managing and developing an existing client base across commercial, rural and private client lines Generating new business through your own network and the brokerage's strong market reputation Taking full ownership of your desk and your client relationships Working collaboratively within a small, ambitious team that values quality over volume Delivering the kind of service that turns clients into long-term advocates What they're looking for A proven Commercial Account Executive ready to take real ownership A new business mindset - someone who enjoys developing relationships on their own terms Minimum 2 years' experience, Cert CII or above preferred Acturis experience beneficial Ambitious, self-motivated and collaborative - a team player, not just a desk-filler
