Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join the Sales team at our Tilbury depot. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to establish a career in sales within a professional and supportive environment. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team and customers, developing your knowledge and experience across a range of commercial activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Making outbound sales calls and handling inbound customer enquiries Developing and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers Supporting customers throughout the order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently Responding to customer enquiries in a timely, professional manner Providing administrative support to the wider sales team Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy Am I right for the job?

We are looking for a graduate who is ambitious, professional and keen to develop a long-term career in sales. You will demonstrate: A degree or equivalent qualification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence and professionalism when communicating with customers by telephone and email Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines A genuine interest in sales, customer relationships and commercial development The ability to learn quickly and apply new information effectively IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).

Previous experience in a sales or office-based environment would be advantageous. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate transferable skills, commercial awareness, enthusiasm and the potential to develop within the role.
