BD Executive

An exciting position has arisen for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join a highly regarded London-based Business Development team within an elite law firm during a period of continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious BD professional looking to gain significant exposure to partners and senior stakeholders while supporting strategic growth initiatives across multiple practice areas.

The Role You'll play a key role in supporting business development, client relationship management, marketing and profile-raising activities, helping to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and support the firm's market position.

Key Responsibilities Support the development of client plans and business growth initiatives. Produce high-quality pitches, presentations, deal sheets and marketing materials. Conduct market, client and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends. Support legal directory, award and survey submissions. Maintain CRM systems and business development databases. Collaborate with colleagues across international business development teams to deliver best-in-class support. About You Previous business development, marketing or professional services experience is desirable.

Excellent written communication, proofreading and organisational skills. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Proactive, confident and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and emerging technologies, including AI tools.
