We have an exciting opportunity to join a busy, growing dealership in Tunbridge Wells. With a strong flow of customer enquiries, excellent earning potential, and significant investment in the dealership, this is a fantastic time to join the team. What's on Offer Basic Salary: £18,000 OTE: £56,000 (Uncapped) Company car Excellent earning potential with uncapped commission No Sunday working One weekday off every week Ongoing career development within a growing dealership Working Hours Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm No Sundays
The Role As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to handover. Building strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identifying customer needs and recommending the right vehicle and finance solutions. Achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity. About You We're looking for someone who:
Has previous sales experience (automotive experience is desirable but not essential). Is confident, motivated, and target-driven. Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Holds a full UK driving licence. Is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
