Company Car | 5-Day Working Week (including one weekend day) We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful dealership team in Southend . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their automotive retail career with a fast-paced, customer-focused business.
The Role Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets. Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure an exceptional customer journey. Assist with stock management, sales processes, and compliance. What We're Looking For A minimum of 2 years' automotive sales management experience. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Full, clean UK driving licence. A professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach. What's on Offer £25,000 basic salary. £50,000 OTE. ECOS company car. 5-day working week, including one weekend day. Excellent career progression opportunities.
