Regional Field-Based Role The Opportunity We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to grow sales, increase market share, and develop strong relationships across a project-led construction environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Build and manage a strong pipeline of specification, project and customer opportunities. Identify and secure new business while developing existing accounts. Influence specifications through engagement with architects, consultants and key project stakeholders. Deliver technical presentations and educational CPD sessions. Provide product advice and support customers throughout the sales process.

Prepare and follow up quotations, ensuring opportunities are effectively converted. Work closely with internal teams including technical, operations, marketing and customer service. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and CRM records. Travel throughout the region to support customers and project activity. About You Proven success in field sales, specification sales or business development within construction, fenestration or technical products. Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable discussing technical solutions with customers and specifiers. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Highly organised, self-motivated and target driven. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Full UK driving licence.
